Nachdem sie vor einigen Monaten ihr zweites Album und Label-Debüt „Nightfall“ veröffentlicht haben, haben die deutschen Metalcore-Macher SETYØURSAILS gerade einen weiteren Ausbruch enthüllt und zeigen ihre Vielseitigkeit und ihren facettenreichen Sound auf die beste Art und Weise mit einer kraftvollen Coverversion von Lady Gagas und Bradley Coopers Soundtrack-Hit „Shallow“. Gemeinsam mit Mike Perez von NO BRAGGING RIGHTS stellen sie die Ballade auf den Kopf und verwandeln sie in eine moderne und massiv energetische Hardcore-Performance.
Die neue Single wird visuell durch ein intensives Musikvideo unterstrichen, das die eklektische Attitüde der Band einfängt und sie mit exzentrischer Beleuchtung in verschiedenen Farben einrahmt. Darüber hinaus markiert das Video ein neues Kapitel in der Bandgeschichte, da es die neuen Bandmitglieder Hendrik Kellershohn (Schlagzeug) und Nicolai Hoch (Bass) zum ersten Mal zeigt.

“We are very happy to release the video for our fourth single ‘Shallow’ feat. Mike Perez today. Yes that’s right ‘Shallow’ by Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper! Since Mike Perez of No Bragging Rights is one of Jules‘ favorite singers, we feel it is a great honor to have him on board.
We are not fans of judging genres, which is why covering ‘Shallow’ made us extremely excited. It’s an incredibly well written song, with wonderful melody lines. To transform this into our style was just mega exciting. Our producer and friend Julian Breucker did a really great job. Love greetings at this point.We hope that people like it as much as we do. Since we’re on tour right now, we’ve already had the opportunity to play it live for the audience.”
