Nach fünf Jahren harter und engagierter Arbeit ist Kaledon bereit, wieder auf den Markt zu kommen und ihr neues Album zu veröffentlichen: „Chapter VII: Evil Awakens“. Dieses Album stellt das erste Kapitel einer neuen Trilogie dar, die auf der „The Legend of the Forgotten Reign Saga“ basiert.
Das Album enthält kraftvolle und schnelle Songs, dynamische und energiegeladene Gitarrenriffs, neue, modern klingende Keyboards und vieles mehr. Auf dem Album sind als besondere Gäste Nicoletta Rosellini (Kalidia, Walk in Darkness) und James Mills (Hostile) zu hören, und zwar bei „A Strike from the Unknown“ und „The Story Comes to an End?“.
„Chapter VII: Evil Awakens“ wurde von Michele Guaitoli im Groove Factory Studio gemischt und gemastert, und die Produktion ist eine Mischung aus Modernität und Power. Das epische Cover-Artwork wurde von Oleg Shcherbakov entworfen.
