Die Industrial-Metal-Pioniere FEAR FACTORY freuen sich, bekannt zu geben, dass sie Milo Silvestro von DEAD CHANNEL als Sänger für die nächste Ära der Band ausgewählt haben.
Endlich ist die Katze aus dem Sack. Der Nachfolger von Burton C. Bell heißt Milo Silvestro und soll FEAR FACTORY in eine neue Ära führen. In Kürze kann der Mann sein Können auf der US-Tour mit STATIC X unter Beweis stellen. Laut Dino dauerte es so lange, da er seinen neuen Sänger auf Internet-Trolle vorbereiten wollte.
Dino Cazares erzählt:
„It’s time to introduce the world to our new vocalist. The search was long and meticulous, but I know for sure we got the right guy. It is a big week for us in FEAR FACTORY as we make our final preparations for our return to the live stage touring across the US, beginning February 25th on the ‚Rise Of The Machine‘ tour. We can’t wait to get out on the road and start kicking some ass.‚The Machine Will Rise‘.“
Milo Silvestro ergänzt:
„This is a huge opportunity for me. I’ve been a fan of the band for many years and it feels very surreal but I’m excited to be part of it. I know I have some massive shoes to fill but I’m here to do it in the best way possible and give justice to the vocal legacy of this legendary band.“
Diesen Samstag gehen FEAR FACTORY zusammen mit dem Headliner STATIC X auf die „Rise Of The Machine“-Nordamerika-Tournee. Auf der 42-tägigen Tournee werden auch Dope sowie ausgewählte Termine mit MUSHROOMHEAD und TWIZTID gespielt.
Letztes Jahr hat die Band Recoded über Nuclear Blast veröffentlicht. Wie der innovative Doppelschlag von Demanufacture und Remanufacture interpretiert Recoded die Songs des 2021 erschienenen Meilensteins Aggression Continuum auf brillante Art und Weise neu.
Die Remixe bilden ein faszinierendes Gegenstück zum zehnten Album der Band. Produziert von Mitbegründer, Songwriter und Gitarrist Dino Cazares und gemischt/gemastert von Damien Rainaud (DRAGONFORCE, ONCE HUMAN), bietet Recoded neue Interpretationen der Songs von Aggression Continuum. Auf Recoded sind die langjährigen Mitstreiter Rhys Fulber, Zardonic, Tyrant Of Death, Rob GEE, BLUSH_RESPONSE und Dualized zu hören. Das Album ist das vierte FEAR FACTORY-Album mit einem Artwork von Anthony Clarkson.
