Zur Feier ihrer 35-jährigen Tournee- und Aufnahmetätigkeit kündigen die Multi-Platin-Künstler WINGER heute die Veröffentlichung von „Seven“ am 5. Mai via Frontiers Records an.
Das 12-Track-Album, das von Kip Winger selbst produziert und in Nashville aufgenommen wurde, wird weltweit von Frontiers Records vertrieben. „Seven“, die erste neue Veröffentlichung der Band seit Better Days Comin‘ von 2014, kann ab sofort auf CD/LP/Digital vorbestellt werden.
WINGER ist eine der wenigen Bands, die in den späten 80er Jahren gegründet wurde und immer noch aus allen Originalmitgliedern besteht – Kip Winger, Reb Beach, Rod Morgenstein und Paul Taylor. Der Gitarrist John Roth kam 1992 hinzu. Um das neue Album zu unterstützen, wird Winger eine ausgedehnte Tournee starten, die im Mai mit einer UK-Tournee mit Steel Panther beginnt, gefolgt von einer US-Tournee mit der Tom Keifer Band im Juni. Außerdem wird die Band den ganzen Sommer über eine Reihe von Headline-Shows spielen.
